In December 2017, due to the needs of the company's business development, Shenzhen Allison Industrial Co., Ltd. changed its registered name to Shenzhen Tongda-Alison Industrial Co., Ltd.  

In 2020, it began to cooperate with Guanfu Technology to jointly develop a number of oil and gas projects, and its business expanded to oil and gas transporting units, which can provide oil and gas mixture transporting equipment and technology for onshore, desert and offshore oilfields on a global scale; Pressurization of natural gas wells into the grid, pressurization equipment and technology for long-distance pipeline transportation of natural gas; Equipment and technology for the recovery and utilization of waste high-temperature gases in the energy and chemical industry; Large energy-saving and environmentally friendly air compressor for industrial use; Equipment and technology for the recovery and treatment of large-scale crude oil pollution on land and at sea.

In 2020, BRIST axles were introduced to gather bus and passenger electric drive axles to provide customized system solutions for vehicle electric drive axles.
